🧩 New - 2026
Good news: The US vaccine schedule was updated by the CDC and HHS (US Department of Health and Human Services) to more closely resemble Denmark’s childhood vaccine schedule. This means no routine vaccines in the first 2 months of a baby’s life, and no HepB vaccine at birth or routinely at all unless the mother tests positive for HepB (which occurs in less than 0.5% of US births).
Several other vaccines have also been reduced or shifted to later administration. Still note that the unnecessary chickenpox (varicella) vaccine remains in the routine schedule, and the US still does not offer separate antigen vaccines for DTaP and MMR as Denmark does.
The issue remains that most vaccines still contain aluminum (as an adjuvant), which is a known neurotoxin. Many studies point to it as a potential cause of neurological disorders, disruptions to the gut microbiome, and autoimmune diseases.
🧩 Vaccination options and Schedules
1) No vaccines - guides for raising a vaccine-free child & many parent groups for support.
2) Denmark/Sweden/other - start at 3 months, fewer vaccines, later MMR & separate shots.
3) Dr. Paul Thomas' 2016 schedule - selected vaccines (no HepB & a few others), no mercury (Thimerosal) containing vaccines, only one aluminum-containing vaccine at a time, delays MMR to 3 years, start at 2 months.
Note, Dr. Paul Thomas has a new book out, Vax Facts: What to Consider Before Vaccinating at All Ages & Stages of Life, in which he now recommends against any vaccinations.
4) CDC schedule - avoid (newer) combo vaccines and Tylenol after vaccination
Notes - Avoid:
Skip the Hepatitis B vaccine unless the mother is Hep B‑positive (~0.5% of births). No vaccines during the 1st months as newborns have an immature blood‑brain barrier and limited liver detox capacity, meaning aluminum adjuvants can trigger neuro‑inflammatory responses.
Skip RSV, flu, and Covid shots - All of which are recent vaccines with more risk and benefit.
Avoid newer combination vaccines (Pediarix, Pentacel, Vaxelis). They contain multiple antigens and high aluminum levels, increasing toxic load on an infant’s developing system.
Avoid Tylenol (acetaminophen), especially after vaccination—it depletes glutathione and impairs the liver’s detoxification process.
🧩 Vaccine Types & Excipients (ingredients)
What’s in the vaccines
Live attenuated vaccines or inactivated vaccines
Adjuvant-based vaccines - Use toxins like mercury and aluminum to create an immune response. The issue with these vaccines can be the toxicity that can pass the blood-brain barrier, and they can cause autoimmune disease long-term.
⚙️ Options & Schedules - Details
1. No vaccine
For decades, the risks of certain childhood infectious diseases have been exaggerated, while the risks of vaccines have been downplayed. Vaccines are not merely saline injections—they contain active ingredients (antigens) along with various excipients and residuals from the manufacturing process. These may include adjuvants such as aluminum salts to enhance immune response, preservatives like thimerosal (still used in some multi-dose vials), stabilizers such as sugars or gelatin, and trace impurities from cell-culture or production media, including fragments of DNA, residual proteins of animal or plant origin, or other process-related materials.
In the new film “An Inconvenient Study,” Dr. Marcus Zervos of Henry Ford Health conducted research showing unvaccinated children were significantly healthier than vaccinated ones. But instead of publishing the data — he buried it! This was one of the few large studied done comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated children.

When deciding whether to vaccinate, consider the graph from the book Dissolving Illusions, which presents evidence that mortality from diseases such as scarlet fever, whooping cough, measles, diphtheria, and smallpox declined significantly before the introduction of vaccines. The authors attribute this reduction primarily to improvements in sanitation, nutrition, and living conditions—factors explained in detail in the post below. 2. Denmark
Summary: Start vaccination at 3 months, no HepB vaccines (unless mother tests positive for HepB, which is rare), delayed MMR (Dr. Paul Thomas recommends delaying further to 3 years. He explains why in his book.)
Note, the dark green is only given if the mother is positive for HepB (so it is effectively not given). Less than 0.1% of mothers may be positive for HepB, who may choose to vaccinate their babies for this disease that’s transmitted sexually or via a needle used by illicit drug users.
3. The CDC schedule - Here is the new CDC schedule that is now shorter and similar to Denmark’s
Nineteen states have indicated they will not incorporate updated recommendations on childhood vaccination from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) into their own state-level recommendations. Some have chosen to keep the old CDC vaccine schedule — now spanning two pages and about 72 doses.
States rejecting the new recommendations include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Parents, however, have more options than before: vaccines not recommended by the CDC generally can’t be mandated, and providers who administer them do not enjoy legal immunity under the 1986 Childhood Vaccine Act. Only CDC‑recommended vaccines are shielded from lawsuits.
Dr. Paul Thomas book: The Vaccine-Friendly Plan
Note, Dr. Paul Thomas has a new book out, Vax Facts: What to Consider Before Vaccinating at All Ages & Stages of Life. He used to recommend some vaccines on a modified schedule in his first book, The Vaccine Friendly Plan, published in 2016. Now, he doesn't recommend any.
A summary of Dr. Paul's plan is outlined in the appendix of his book. He explains his reasoning for each of these selections throughout the book. He also offers many great pieces of advice for boosting babies' and children's immune systems and promoting healthy growth.
Dr. Paul Thomas did not have any autism among children who did not get any vaccines or follow his plan (234 and 1098, respectively). He had 15 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the group who followed the CDC schedule. See Appendix A

⚙️ Vaccine Types & Excipients (ingredients)
What’s in the vaccines
⚙️ Vaccine Types
Live attenuated vaccines
Live attenuated vaccines use weakened forms of the pathogen (e.g., measles, mumps, rubella vaccines), while inactivated vaccines use killed pathogens (e.g., polio or hepatitis A vaccines). Other terms like whole-pathogen vaccines or conventional vaccines may also apply, especially when contrasting with newer technologies like mRNA or subunit vaccines.
Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine - Protects against measles, mumps, and rubella.
Varicella Vaccine - Protects against chickenpox.
Rotavirus Vaccine - Protects against rotavirus, a cause of severe diarrhea in infants and young children (e.g., RotaTeq and Rotarix).
Influenza Vaccine (Nasal Spray) - The live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV), known as FluMist, is used for certain age groups to protect against seasonal flu.
Adjuvant-based vaccines
Adjuvant-based vaccines enhance immune responses and are used in the US for several diseases. Based on available information, the following diseases have adjuvant-based vaccines licensed for use in the United States, along with the specific vaccines and adjuvants involved:
Hepatitis A
Vaccine: Havrix, Vaqta
Adjuvant: Aluminum salts (e.g., aluminum hydroxide or aluminum phosphate)
Details: These vaccines protect against hepatitis A virus and use aluminum adjuvants to boost immune response.
Hepatitis B
Vaccine: Engerix-B, Recombivax HB, Heplisav-B
Adjuvant: Aluminum salts (Engerix-B, Recombivax HB), CpG 1018 (Heplisav-B)
Details: Aluminum salts are used in traditional hepatitis B vaccines, while Heplisav-B uses CpG 1018, a synthetic DNA sequence, to enhance immunity in adults 18 and older.
Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP/Tdap)
Vaccine: Infanrix, Daptacel, Boostrix, Adacel
Adjuvant: Aluminum salts
Details: These combination vaccines protect against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough) and rely on aluminum adjuvants to improve efficacy
Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
Vaccine: ActHIB, Hiberix
Adjuvant: Aluminum salts
Details: Hib vaccines protect against bacterial infections causing meningitis and other diseases, using aluminum adjuvants.
Pneumococcal Disease
Vaccine: Prevnar 13, Prevnar 20
Adjuvant: Aluminum phosphate
Details: These vaccines protect against Streptococcus pneumoniae infections, such as pneumonia and meningitis, and include aluminum adjuvants.
Influenza
Vaccine: Fluad
Adjuvant: MF59 (squalene-based oil-in-water emulsion)
Details: Fluad, approved for adults 65 and older, uses MF59 to enhance immune responses against seasonal influenza.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)
Vaccine: Arexvy
Adjuvant: AS01E (MPL and QS-21)
Details: Arexvy prevents lower respiratory tract disease caused by RSV in adults 60 and older, using AS01E to boost immunity.

Additionally, refer to ingested vs. injected for toxins such as aluminum and mercury, which are used in vaccines as adjuvants. Paul Offit, a long-time vaccine advocate and architect of the many CDC’s strategies to scare and mislead parents into vaccinating their children, argues that pregnant women and infants are also exposed to toxins like aluminum and mercury through their diets. What he knowingly (as Robert Kennedy Jr.’s conversation with him showed) fails to acknowledge is the difference between methyl mercury (in fish) and ethyl mercury (thimerosal) in vaccines, having something to do with the type of mercury (inorganic) deposited in the brain when injected with ethyl mercury.
Aluminum is a neurotoxin and can pass the blood-brain barrier when injected in larger amounts than when it passes through the digestive system. Injected aluminum (like Pediarix’s 0.85 mg/dose) is 100% bioavailable and can translocate to the brain via macrophages, while ingested aluminum is minimally absorbed (0.1–1%) and rapidly excreted.

The book: “Dissolving Illusions” by Suzanne Humphries, MD and Roman Bystrianyk (on X: @RBystrianyk @DrSuzanneH7)
The book contains many graphs showing that most infectious diseases were significantly reduced due to improvements in nutrition, sanitary conditions (including plumbing), and treatments before vaccines were introduced, and it attributes their decline to these factors.

The book “Turtles All The Way Down” Vaccine Science and Myth by anonymous explores how vaccines are tested for safety.
Most vaccines are not tested against a placebo of saline solution or the unvaccinated population (Most Amish and children whose parents opt out). They are instead tested against other vaccines, sometimes multiple, and a placebo, containing vaccine adjuvants (e.g., aluminum) and ingredients (e.g., formaldehyde)
This is the point of the book “Turtles All The Way Down” Vaccine Science and Myth by anonymous.
